A growing network of independent UK garages running on the Umoto platform: full garage management plus a branded customer app. Partners share the technology, innovation and marketing strength of a national network while staying 100% independent. It is not a franchise.
How much does it cost?
£99 per month. That includes the full garage portal, the customer app for unlimited drivers, unlimited staff accounts, reminders, VHCs, payments, reporting, onboarding and support. No per-user fees.
We already use Techman, Garage Hive or GDS. Is switching painful?
Switching is a core part of your Launch Session. Your dedicated account partner walks you through moving across and getting the team comfortable. Most partners are surprised how little disruption there is. Bring your questions to the intro call.
What happens after I apply?
If you qualify, you book a 15 to 30 minute intro call straight into the diary. We walk through Umoto on your numbers, answer everything, and if it's a fit we schedule your Launch Session and get you live.
How do my customers get the app?
Free, from the App Store or Google Play. You can share it via QR code in the garage or on your website, or send customers a link by text or email straight from Umoto. There's no limit on how many customers use it.
Do I lose my independence?
No. Your name, your prices, your customers, your decisions. The network exists to give independents the technology and collective strength usually reserved for the big chains, without becoming one.
